Tasting Notes
Subtle light and utterly refreshing with tangy pink grapefruit at the fore, balanced well by peppery juniper and a touch of thyme.
Perfect Serve
Mix a good measure of Malfy Grapefruit in an ice filled tumbler. Top with Fevertree Indian Tonic and garnish with a sprig of rosemary and some pink grapefruit peel.
Or, you could try a Malfy Pink Lemonade: Mix 2 parts Malfy Grapefruit with 1 part Limoncello in an ice filled highball glass. Top up with 3 parts Soda Water and garnish with a wedge of lime and a crushed raspberry.
