Bottling Notes
Zing 72 Botanical Gin is a hand-crafted premium gin made in France using herbs and botanicals from Provence.
The gin is distilled in small copper alembics (stills) in the distillery in France. The striking bottle design takes its inspiration from the copper still and the name reflects the maceration of the botanicals which lasts 72 hours.
Using winter wheat as the base ingredient the gin is distilled six times for purity and flavour and then botanicals are added at various stages in the process. The botanicals include: lemon, chamomile, lavender, thyme, marjoram and blueberries. The result is an award winning gin; fresh, floral and citrusy with a subtle aroma.
Tasting Notes
A fragrant (floral) nose with juniper notes. It is smooth and light on the palate with slightly floral and citrus notes. The finish is smooth with a floral finish.
