Porthilly Spirit Cask Aged Rum begins life as a wine made from fermented sugar cane molasses before being distilled in handmade copper stills and blended with Cornish spring water.

Tasting Notes

Aged for 12 months in French oak Beaujolais casks to develop its wonderful brown tone and rich notes of dried fruit, vanilla, tobacco and salt caramel.
