Tasting Notes

Named after the variety of Chilli that the Atlantic Distillery grow and put into every bottle. The Atlantic "Ring of Fire" Chilli Gin has a real kick if consumed neat but when paired with a tonic it softens into something that is more akin to a spiky ginger beer.

Perfect Serve

The addition of tonic allows the flavour of the infused pepper to shine through. Serve the Atlantic "Ring of Fire" Chilli Gin with Indian or Mediterranean Tonic and a slice of lime.
