Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with the goods, return unused (bottle still sealed with original seal), with any original packaging attached and in a resalable condition, within 7 days for a full refund on goods.

No refund can be given if goods are returned more than 7 days after invoice date.

We regret we cannot give refunds for carriage on incorrect purchases. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If you wish to return any items, please use the returns slip, please download the instructions and slip here. Once downloaded it can be printed. When using this download please make sure your name and address and telephone number are added to the reverse of the slip.

Please note that you are responsible for items sent back to us until they are received by ourselves. We therefore recommend returning items using an insured method such as recorded delivery that will need to be signed for by us, for expensive items.

On lesser value items you should obtain a certificate of posting from your post office when you send the items back to us. No charge is made by the post office for this service.
